We ship all orders from Lithuania 🇱🇹
Shipping times vary by destination:
- Germany: 7-10 business days
- USA: Shipping from Lithuania to the USA can take 21-24 days
- Rest of EU: 7–10 business days
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.
Shipping Options
We ship all orders as envelopes via the Lithuanian Postal Service.

Please make sure to check your mailbox when expecting your order, as it will be delivered as a regular letter.
🔄 Returns Section Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your patches! But if something’s not right, here’s how we handle returns:
- You can return items within 14 days of receiving them.
- Patches must be unused and in original condition.
- Buyer pays return shipping unless item is defective
- Contact us at info@pickpatches.com with your order number
- ⚠️ Custom patches are non-returnable
