At PickPatches, we’ve simplified the entire process so you can turn almost any idea into a professional embroidered or sublimated patch.

Here’s how it works.

Step 1 – Choose Your Design

Everything starts with an idea.

It can be:

• your own logo
• company branding
• motorcycle club emblem
• gaming logo
• sports team
• military morale design
• anime artwork
• band inspired artwork
• custom text
• funny meme

Even if your image isn’t perfect, don’t worry. We check every design before production and let you know if any adjustments are needed.

Accepted file formats

• PNG
• JPG
• SVG
• PDF
• AI

High-resolution images always produce the best results.

Step 2 – Pick the Right Patch Type

Not every design works best as embroidery.

Embroidered Patch

Perfect for:

✔ Logos

✔ Bold artwork

✔ Text

✔ Tactical patches

✔ Club patches

✔ Company uniforms

Embroidery creates a premium textured appearance that lasts for years.

Sublimated Patch

Perfect for:

✔ Detailed illustrations

✔ Small text

✔ Gradients

✔ Anime artwork

✔ Photographic designs

If your artwork contains many tiny details, sublimation preserves every element with exceptional accuracy.

Step 3 – Select the Size

Think about where the patch will be placed.

Typical sizes:

• 5 cm (2″)
• 7.5 cm (3″)
• 10 cm (4″)
• 12 cm (5″)
• 15 cm (6″)

Need something bigger?

No problem. We manufacture custom sizes as well.

Step 4 – Choose the Backing

Different projects require different backing options.

Iron-On

The easiest option.

Simply apply heat using a heat press (recommended) or an iron, then sew around the edges for maximum durability.

Perfect for:

• jackets
• hoodies
• backpacks
• denim
• workwear

Sew-On

Ideal when:

• the garment can’t be heated
• maximum durability is required
• professional sewing is preferred

Hook & Loop

Perfect for:

• tactical gear
• military uniforms
• airsoft
• plate carriers
• backpacks

Easy to remove and replace whenever needed.

Step 5 – Place Your Order

Ordering takes just a few minutes.

Upload your artwork.

Select:

• patch type
• size
• backing
• quantity

We’ll review everything before production begins.

If something needs adjusting, we’ll contact you first.

Why Choose PickPatches?

Every patch is produced with quality in mind.

✔ Durable materials

✔ Clean embroidery

✔ Premium threads

✔ Vibrant colours

✔ Worldwide shipping

✔ Professional quality

Whether you’re ordering one custom patch or hundreds, every order receives the same attention to detail.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I order just one patch?

Yes.

We accept both single custom patches and bulk orders.

Can you help improve my design?

Absolutely.

If your artwork needs small adjustments for embroidery or sublimation, we’ll review it before production.

Which patch type should I choose?

Choose embroidered patches if you want a textured, classic appearance.

Choose sublimated patches if your design contains fine details or colour gradients.

How long do custom patches last?

Our patches are made using durable materials designed for everyday use.

Festival Fashion Is All About Personality

This summer’s trends are mixing nostalgia, sporty looks, metallic details, crochet textures, oversized accessories, and bold customization. Fashion editors are seeing a huge rise in expressive styling and DIY-inspired fashion choices.

Concert outfits are no longer just about clothes — they’re about creating a vibe. Fans are building looks inspired by tours, favorite albums, retro aesthetics, and even internet culture. Massive tours like the Renaissance World Tour and The Eras Tour helped push customized fashion into mainstream culture, with fans adding rhinestones, metallic fabrics, cowboy hats, and personalized details to their outfits.

Why Patches Are Perfect for Summer Concerts

Custom patches are one of the easiest ways to transform basic clothes into something unique. They work especially well for:

• Denim jackets
• Tote bags
• Cargo pants
• Festival vests
• Caps and bucket hats
• Backpacks
• Oversized shirts

The best part? You can create a look that nobody else has.

Whether you want a vintage rock aesthetic, Y2K vibes, minimalist streetwear, or colorful festival energy, patches let you build your own style story.

Trending Patch Ideas for 2026

Here are some of the most popular patch styles people are wearing this summer:

Vintage Tour-Inspired Patches

Retro typography, faded colors, and embroidered designs inspired by old concert merchandise are making a huge comeback.

Metallic & Chrome Designs

Silver and reflective details continue dominating festival fashion after the massive popularity of futuristic concert aesthetics.

Funny Statement Patches

Humor and meme culture are everywhere in 2026 fashion. Small ironic patches with bold text or nostalgic references are becoming festival essentials.

Minimal Logo Patches

Not everyone wants loud designs. Clean monochrome embroidery and subtle minimalist patches are perfect for modern streetwear looks.

Personalized Name or Symbol Patches

Custom initials, zodiac symbols, favorite lyrics, or inside jokes make festival outfits feel much more personal.

How to Style Patches Without Overdoing It

The key to good festival styling is balance.

If your outfit already has bold textures like crochet, sequins, or metallic fabrics, choose smaller patches as accents. If you’re wearing simple basics, larger statement patches can become the main focus.

Some easy combinations:

• Black oversized tee + patched denim vest
• White cargo pants + small monochrome patches
• Vintage jacket + colorful embroidered back patch
• Simple tote bag + mixed mini patches

Customization works best when it feels natural — not forced.

Build Your Own Festival Look

Summer concerts are about memories, music, and self-expression. Your outfit should feel like part of the experience.

At PickPatches, we create custom embroidered patches designed to help you personalize jackets, bags, hats, and more for festival season.

Whether you want something bold, funny, nostalgic, or completely original, custom patches are the easiest way to make your concert outfit truly yours.

From streetwear brands to everyday outfits, custom patches are everywhere. Why? Because people want to stand out. They want something unique, fast, and affordable — and patches deliver exactly that.

In fact, the demand for custom patches continues to grow globally, driven by personalization trends and fashion innovation .

Let’s take a look at what’s trending right now 👇

1. Customization Is King

They want:

• unique pieces
• personal meaning
• something no one else has

That’s why patches are exploding in popularity — you can customize any item in seconds.

Jackets, hoodies, bags, caps — one patch can completely change the vibe.

This is exactly why brands are even opening “patch bars” where customers customize clothes on the spot

Key advantages:

• Ultra-sharp details and vivid colors
• Lightweight and flexible
• No thread limitations for complex art
• Smooth surface with clean edges
• Perfect for highly detailed graphics

This means you get designs that look bold, modern, and visually intense — exactly how they were meant to be seen.

Ideal for:

• Battle vests
• Denim or leather jackets
• Backpacks & bags

The classic 10 × 10 cm (4″ × 4″) size makes them large enough to stand out while still fitting easily into most layouts.

Dark Aesthetics, Heavy Energy

This new drop focuses on themes that resonate with metal, industrial, punk, and underground scenes:

• Aggressive skull artwork
• Fire and lightning motifs
• Industrial and dystopian visuals

But personalized gifts? Those stick around.

If you’re searching for something thoughtful, unique, and made just for your person, here are some Valentine’s Day gift ideas that go beyond the usual and leave a lasting impression.

💝 1. Embroidered Initials or Dates

Sometimes the smallest details say the most.

A pair of initials, a special date, or even a short word only the two of you understand can turn a simple hat, hoodie, or tote bag into something unforgettable.

Custom order

💌 2. Matching Designs for Couples

Matching doesn’t have to be cheesy.

Think subtle: two halves of a symbol, minimal hearts, coordinates of where you met, or “Est. 2021” stitched in a tiny font.

Perfect for couples who love understated romance.

🧵 3. How a Custom Gift Is Made (Behind the Scenes)

Ever wondered how a personalized embroidered gift comes to life?

It usually starts with:

• a sketch or digital design,
• digitizing in embroidery software,
• test stitching,
• thread selection,
• and careful packaging before shipping.

Every step is done to make sure your gift feels just right.

💞 4. For the Minimalists: Less Is More

Not everyone wants bold hearts and glitter.

Minimal Valentine’s designs are trending — single-line drawings, tiny symbols, micro-text, or discreet placements on sleeves and pockets.

Romantic, but effortlessly cool.

🐾 5. Valentine’s Gifts for Pet Lovers

Who says Valentine’s Day is only for couples?

Pet parents know the truth.

From embroidered dog names to patches shaped like paw prints or matching sets for owner and pup — these gifts are perfect for anyone whose true Valentine has four legs.

💕 6. Last-Minute Gifts That Still Feel Thoughtful

Running out of time? No problem.

Simple, one-color designs, quick personalization, or digital gift cards can save the day — without looking rushed.

It’s proof that thoughtful doesn’t have to mean complicated.

❤️ Make This Valentine’s Day Unforgettable

The best gifts aren’t about price tags — they’re about meaning.

Whether it’s a date stitched into fabric, a symbol only two people understand, or a design created just for them, personalized pieces turn everyday items into keepsakes.

This Valentine’s Day, skip the generic.

Go personal.

Go memorable.
